Jarocin has a unique location, due to large forests surrounding it from all sides. They act as "green lungs" for the town and a favourite weekend destination for its inhabitants. Tourist routes run through the forest in the Lutynia river valley, forests to the south of the town and Zdroj forest. These marked routes allow for detailed study of the unique nature phenomena and provide easy access to the places of interest and villages in the area.
The Polish Tourism Association organizes numerous events in the commune and the county. These are hiking expeditions such as: "Welcome Spring", "Dwarf Hiking Expedition", "Hat Expedition", "Mickiewicz Expedition", "Jarocin Expedition" and many other.
Those who seek peace and quiet far away from the town's noise, are welcome to one of the many agro tourist farms, where they can enjoy folk traditional cuisine, horse back riding and horse cart riding out in the forests and fields.
