Jarocin pursues a widespread sports tradition. The showcase examples are: Jarota Sports Club - Mountain Bike Section, gathering 40 bikers, Folk Sports Club "Ippon", where 70 competitors train judo, Folk Sports Weightlifting Club "Tarce" and Folk Sports Table Tennis Club "Czworka" for school children.
Jarocin hosts Polish Judo Championship Finals and International Judo Tournament. These events are related to the celebrations of Jarocin Days and gather contestants from all around Europe. The "Sitars" Association promotes volleyball in the commune.
The inhabitants of Jarocin have access to a number of sports facilities, including a sports stadium, a training playground, a tennis court, a volleyball playground, swimming pools as well as a sauna, a gym and a solarium. Jarota Hotel, built on the premises of a sports complex, offers places for 43 guests.
